A structured, evidence-led examination of the sample — mapping damage patterns, component failures and the indicators that explain how an incident developed.

Reproduce
Controlled testing with reference samples on calibrated equipment, to recreate the fault and confirm the most likely cause with confidence.

Review
Every report passes our three-stage review and is produced to BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017, the standard for competent testing laboratories.

We’re a predominantly digital business that keeps records, reports and communication electronic wherever possible. Our laboratory is powered solely by electricity from on-site solar panels, and end-of-life samples are handled by a specialist WEEE recycler.
